Hello Our group of 6 had an outstanding full day offshore fishing trip out of Papagayo with Captain Gary aboard the 33 ft Pursuit. From the moment we left the marina, the crew was focused on putting us on fish and keeping everyone involved. We spent the day targeting sailfish, marlin, tuna, and dorado, and the excitement never stopped. The boat was comfortable, the crew was professional, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. They are amazing, responsive, above all know where the fish are. My wife and I are eating our catch right now and gave the extra catch to the crew. Was on the bahama boat with germey and Kevin. I fish regularly but my friend had not. They were very patient when he hooked a sailfish and walked him through how to land it. We ended up catching a mahi, sailfish and large needle fish. Had few others that got away. They helped fillet the mahi so we could cook at dinner. They had plenty of drink, fruit and sandwiches. When we got back I ended up slipping in the wake and initially lost my cell phone but germey had quick reaction and was able to find it before it was lost. Can’t thank him enough for being quick and finding it so I didn’t loose all my pictures. Captain Pablo and Alberto were absolutely incredible to work with. Their knowledge about where to catch the best fish and their patience in explaining the different types of fish and pointing out where to find the schools truly made the experience unforgettable. The fresh fruit on board was a wonderful touch, and the grouper fish ceviche was out of this world—so delicious and fresh, it felt like we were dining at a 5-star restaurant! We highly recommend this tour, especially with Pablo and Alberto at the helm. Got us on some great snapper fishing then worked hard to help us land some tuna. And when we saw a humpback and her calf we got a bonus whale watching tour.
